Hairitage Salon Policies
New Client Policy:
A credit card is required to be kept on file for all clients. We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or make any changes to your appointment. In the case that 24 hours’ notice is not given you will be charged 100% of the service you were scheduled for.
Cancellation Policy:
To accommodate clients looking to schedule an appointment, and consideration for the time of our stylists, we request 48 hours’ notice should you need to cancel/reschedule or make changes to your appointment. If you cancel LESS than 48 hours in advance you will be charged 50% of the service for which you were scheduled. If you cancel LESS than 24 hours’ notice you will be charged 100% of the service. Your stylist may choose to take deposits to secure future appointments. If this is a recurring issue, your stylist and the salon may refuse to provide you with future services.
No Show Policy:
If you do not contact us to cancel/reschedule and do not show up on the scheduled appointment date and time, you will be charged 100% of the service of which you were scheduled for. You will also be put on a do-not-schedule list. No show, no call = No rebook.
Late Policy:
We value your appointment and schedule ample time for your service. If you are running late, please contact the salon. If you are 10 minutes late or more, your service will need to be shortened or rescheduled. We also uphold this standard if we are running behind, we will always contact you and let you know before your appointment.
Gift Card Policy:
Gift Cards that are purchased expire 1 year from the purchase date. Expired gift cards will not be accepted.
Customer Satisfaction Policy:
If you’re experiencing challenges with your color or haircut, please call to let us know within 7 days of your appointment. We are happy to correct this issue at no additional charge. If you decide to change what was originally discussed in the consultation, you will be charged for any additional services required. We do not offer any monetary refunds for any service performed.
Salon Courtesy & Children Policy:
We ask guests to refrain from speaking loudly on their phones/tablet, games, music, videos and inappropriate/controversial conversations. Headphones are encouraged to not disrupt others around you. We understand life happens, however, if you need to take a call or facetime, we would be happy to provide a private space within the salon or you’re more than welcome to go outside.
We strive to create a peaceful atmosphere for all of our clients. The salon is not child-proof. Sharp objects, hot styling tools and chemicals can make for a potentially dangerous environment for young, bored children. We love children and they are welcome if they are receiving services. Please do not bring children to appointments longer than 30 minutes. Also, avoid bringing any additional guests to your appointment as it takes up space for clients to sit and adds congestion to the reception area.
*Policies are subject to changes at any time and without notice. *
*Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or are a no-show your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time with clients who are reoccurring, new to the salon or on our waiting list. *
